Ellie Mosko has been exclusively practicing immigration law since graduating from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  In 2015, Ellie opened Mosko Law PC, an immigration law firm dedicated to providing the highest quality of compassionate and personalized legal advice and counsel to individuals, families and business.. Prior to working as the principal attorney at Mosko Law PC, Ellie worked as the Regional Attorney for Justice for Our Neighbors-Southeastern Michigan, providing free legal immigration services to the Southeastern Michigan immigrant community representing hundreds of clients from all over the world on a wide range of immigration legal issues, and as an of-counsel immigration attorney at the law firm Ellis Porter, PLC.  In law school and after graduating, Ellie interned and volunteered at the Archdiocese of Detroit Community Immigration Legal Services.. Ellie is the co-founder and President of the Jewish Bar Association of Michigan (JBAM), a member of the Immigration Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan Board of Directors, and serves on the Client Protection Fund Committee for the State Bar of Michigan. Lisa Tehlirian graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with concentrations in biological anthropology and psychology. Ms. Tehlirian continued her studies and received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in Detroit, Michigan.. Following her legal studies, Ms. Tehlirian was accepted into the U.S. Department of Justice, Attorney General's Honors Program where she worked as the Judicial Law Clerk/Attorney Advisor for the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), U.S. Immigration Court in Detroit, Michigan. In this capacity, she researched novel immigration issues and drafted legal memoranda and judicial opinions for the Immigration Judges.. From October 2005 to July 2009, Ms. Tehlirian was employed as an Associate Attorney with KRA Immigration Law, where she handled family and employment-based immigration matters.. Brad grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2004. After graduation, Brad lived in Honduras, Costa Rica and Mexico where he taught English. In 2005, Brad launched his career in immigration as an Americorps Vista Volunteer in Miami, Florida assisting with refugee relocation. He has gained significant experience working at four immigration law firms and in a law school immigration clinic. Brad’s tasks have exposed him to a diverse array of permanent resident and temporary visa applications. Brad has focused his knowledge on the fundamentals of immigration court proceedings. In 2017, Brad was a selected as a Rising Star in immigration by "Super Lawyers". The Mexican Consulate in Detroit contracts Brad to provide immigration legal representation for Mexican nationals throughout Michigan pursuant to Article 1(a) of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. Brad is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and he founded the Washtenaw County Bar Association Immigration Law Section.
