My practice is limited to  immigration and general business law and includes application of immigration laws to achieve immigration and naturalization benefits for my foreign clients.  I assist my clients in obtaining permanent and temporary employment visas, setting up businesses and staying in compliance with all US immigration laws.  My clients from around the world include business and academic students, exchange visitors, business personnel, professionals, nurses, doctors, athletes, entertainers, religious workers, investors, persons with extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, professors and multinational managers .. I am familiar with DHS and USCIS’ administrative procedures and provides client representation at all levels of the immigration review.  My cross-cultural background allows me to provide legal and business advice that fits the cultural context of my clients.

As the daughter of immigrant parents, I have personal experience with the immigration system of the United States.  My experience allows me to offer a unique empathy and insight to our clients. I am fluent in English and Spanish and am able to provide Spanish-speaking clients with the comfort of receiving legal services in their native language.

Nader "Nick" Davaei is an Attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California who represents clients in Special Education and U.S. Immigration matters. I am a reasonable fee/low-bono community immigration attorney. My main office is in San Rafael and I share my time between this and my two outpost offices, in Oakland (2 mins from Amtrak Jack London Square) and in Palo Alto - on S. California.. I am also the immigration attorney for a local nonprofit - the Brazilian keep my private fees low - the same as the non-profit - since i can't compete with myself. And because I get all the nice clients that way.. I limit immigration court work to asylum cases and children, so I don't compete directly with my wonderful colleagues dedicated to removal defense.. I was born in Budapest, Hungary. I graduated from law school in Budapest. I immigrated to the USA and attended law school here as well. I became a licensed attorney in 2012.
