I'm a founder of Siskind Susser, PC - Immigration Lawyers. Most immigration lawyers in the US know me because of my being one of the first lawyers in the world with a web site (our firm was the very first in immigration law) and because of my being the author of several well-known books in the field. I service employer, investor and family immigration law clients throughout the world.

Lynn Susser was a founding partner of Siskind Susser in 1994. As the firm’s managing partner, Ms. Susser supervises a wide variety of casework ranging from employment-based visa work and family immigration matters to political asylum and naturalization. She appears regularly before the Memphis Immigration Court and the local USCIS office. By focusing strictly on immigration matters, Ms. Susser and her staff have developed an excellent reputation and working relationship with the local USCIS and USICE, the USCIS regional service centers and the Department of Labor.  Her own clients include multi-national corporations, nurse-staffing agencies, IT companies, construction related businesses, and several manufacturers.. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business in 1981, she spent eight years as the Merchandise Manager for a major U.S. manufacturer. She supervised the design and sales of $40 million worth of children’s clothing annually.

Melanie K. Corrin is a 2002 graduate of New England School of Law, Boston, MA.  While at New England School of Law, Ms. Corrin was a Senior Editor for the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law.  In addition to working as a law clerk at Flynn & Clark, P.C., Ms. Corrin spent three months in Galway Ireland at the National University of Ireland studying with a Human Rights Symposium.  After graduation, Ms. Corrin joined the Allott Immigration Law Firm where she developed her skills in family based and removal based immigration law.     Ms. Corrin completed her undergraduate education at University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Political Science, and graduated as a member of Phi Sigma Alpha, the national Political Science Honor Society and emphasis on international law and politics.  Prior to graduation, Ms. Corrin was accepted as an intern with the Washington Center, and served Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen for three months.        Ms. Corrin has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Colorado Chapter Executive Committee since 2008 and has also served AILA National as a Liaison between members and the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service Nebraska Service Center (2005 – 2008).  She has been AILA Colorado Liaison for Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) (2006 – 2007), and the Chair of the AILA Colorado New Members Division (2007 – 2008).   Ms. Corrin has successfully represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

I grew up on the Caribbean island of Nevis, so as an immigrant myself I understand the complexities  involved with the immigration process..
