I, Michael H. Moghtader, am the founder and CEO of the MHM LAW GROUP, A Proffessional Law Corporation. I attended California State University, Los Angeles in 1987 where I received my Bachelors Degree and obtained my law degree in 1997. I was admitted to the California Bar, US District Court and is a member in good standing. My practice involves Immigration and Personal Injury.Furthermore, I am well recognized in having a perfect track record and known for my reputation in winning almost impossible cases. My extensive knowledge among many areas of law,  place clients at an advantage, because most cases involve interconnection of different areas of law. I am fluent in Farsi and Turkish. Also, my Law Firm contains individuals who also assist in the following languages: Spanish, Armenian, Hebrew and Arabic.

I have been practicing immigration and naturalization law for 38 years. My associates are my twin brother Arthur and his son Armand. I specialize in family, business and deportation cases.  I am a memeber of the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  From 1987 to 1990 I served on the State Bar Immigration and Nationality Law Advisory Commission.  I have lectured a law school class.  My office is located in Downtown Los Angeles and offers a knowledgeable, professional and caring atmosphere.  My fees are reasonably structured.

Ms. Monika Sud-Devaraj received her JD degree in 1992 from the University of Arizona, College of Law in Tucson, Arizona. She obtained her BS/BA degree from the University of Arizona in 1989 with Honors.. Ms. Sud-Devaraj was born in New Delhi, India, but has spent most of her entire life in the United States. She is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association.. Ms. Sud-Devaraj started work with the law firm of Marshall G. Whitehead, P.C. in June 2002. She brings 13 years of immigration law experience with her from the United States Department of Justice, Immigration, and Naturalization Service. Specifically, for the last 10 years, Ms. Sud-Devaraj was a formal federal immigration prosecutor with the U.S. Immigration Service. In 1994, Ms. Sud-Devaraj received the INS’ Commissioner’s Attorney of the Year Award for her efforts while at the Eloy Detention Center.. With her experience as a federal prosecutor, Ms. Sud-Devaraj is uniquely qualified to help her clients with many deportation issues. Admitted to Practice in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Kyle W. Wasser is a U.S. citizen, but he grew up in Bolivia. When he lived there, he acquired a permanent residence. He has been on the other side of immigration law: as a client. When he returned to the United States to attend university, he attained a B.S. in Latin America Studies and Spanish with extremely high marks.. While attending law school, Kyle was active in Equal Justice Works and was one of the founding members of the Arkansas student chapter. Additionally, he was selected as the Production Editor of the Journal of Islamic Law and Culture and oversaw it's transition to an online format.. Since passing the bar, Kyle has devoted himself to criminal defense and providing low bono representation to victims of domestic violence and unnaccompanied children, as well as deportation defense and other immigration applications. He is an aggressive, passionate attorney who constantly tries to look out for his client's interests.

Attorney Frances Arroyo is a Board Certified Expert in Immigration & Nationality Law. She is a graduate of American University (BA, 2007) and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she obtained her law degree with a specialty in Global Legal Studies in 2010.
