We also handle cases involving VAWA, SIJ, U Visas, DACA, adoption, and Consular Processing. The new Parole in Place law and I-601A waivers are also handled by our office. Complex cases and waivers are routinely handled by our office.. Susan is the former co-chair of the Westchester County Bar Association, Immigration & Naturalization Committee. She is a member of AILA. She served as an original Board Member of the Safe Passage Project at New York Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York.
