Carrie's practice focuses on family based immigration including naturalization, adjustment of status in the United States, consular processing at embassies abroad, and waivers of inadmissibility. Having worked in a high volume practice for over eight years, she attended numerous interviews at USCIS offices in Atlanta and other district offices from Seattle to New York. In addition, she is highly experienced in I-601, I-601A, and I-212 waivers of inadmissibility.

Garrett's practice focusses on assisting clients with immigration, business, family and real estate issues.  Garrett also does criminal defense and is the prosecuting attorney for the City of Hood River.  Garrett is on the board of Radio Tierra, where he also hosts a weekly spanish language radio show on immigraiton and legal topics.

Julia Hunter joined the Law Offices of Carol L. Edward in May 2019. She became the principal attorney in May 2023. Julia received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor in 2014 from the University of San Diego School of Law.. From September 2014 until June 2018, Julia served as a Judicial Law Clerk and Attorney Advisor within the Executive Officer for Immigration Review at the Tacoma Immigration Court and the Seattle Immigration Court. From June 2018 until May 2019, Julia worked as an Associate Attorney with Beacon Immigration where she represented clients before the Seattle and Tacoma Immigration Courts as well as assisted clients with affirmative applications for citizenship, lawful permanent residency, nonimmigrant visas, and waivers before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Given Julia's background with the immigration courts, she specializes in removal defense.. During law school, Julia interned with several immigration law firms and participated in the Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic. Before law school, Julia worked as a paralegal with Foley Hoag LLP in Washington D.C. in the International Litigation and Arbitration Practice, focusing on litigation before the International Court of Justice and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. Julia is fluent in Spanish. Julia is a member of the California State Bar and Washington State Bar. Outside of work, Julia enjoys traveling, cooking, and enjoying the Pacific Northwest with her husband, two children, and dogs.
