Danielle has specialized in Workers' Compensation for her entire career. Danielle joined Bird, Jacobsen & Stevens, P.C in 2019, she has been practicing law in Minnesota for fourteen years. She has concentrated her practice in areas of workers' compensation and personal injury Prior to joining Bird, Jacobsen & Stevens, P.C., she worked for SiebenCarey representing injured workers' in workers' compensation cases for four years.  Prior to that, Danielle worked for Lynn, Scharfenberg & Hollick for eight years defending workers' compensation claims for SFM Mutual Insurance Company. In this capacity, she gained a breadth of knowledge, not only about workers' compensation law, but about the claims handling process and how decisions are made by insurance companies. After graduation, she worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William H. Leary, III in Ramsey County District Court. While a clerk, she aided the Judge in civil, criminal and civil commitment assignments. In her spare time Danielle enjoys competitive swimming, reading and traveling with family and friends.
