I have been a practicing attorney in the State of Rhode Island for almost 25 years.  I am licesned in Rhode Island, Federal District Court for the district of Rhode Island and the United States Supreme Court.  I am a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, Rhode Island Association of Justice and the Justinian Law Society.. I am an active member of the Johnston Town Council and currently serve as President a position I have held for the past 15 years.. A native of western Massachusetts, Moran came to Providence College on a soccer scholarship in 2000 and has remained in Rhode Island ever since. After earning a B.S. degree in finance in 2004, he embarked on a career in business development within the real-estate law field..
