Brittany A. Birnbaum was born in San Dimas, California and moved to Las Vegas after graduating college in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina University where she received a Division One Softball Scholarship and was a First-Team Academic All-American. After college, Brittany was a Neuromodulation Clinical Specialist for Boston Scientific. During that time, she continued to develop her passion for helping people and decided to pursue a career that would allow her to make more of an impact.. Brittany earned her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in December of 2014. During law school, Brittany worked as a Law Clerk for Craig P. Kenny & Associates in order to develop her legal knowledge and experience. After graduation, Brittany accepted a Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable Jerry A. Wiese II where she was asked to co-author Chapter 24, “Jury Trials” of the Nevada Civil Law Practice Manual’s forthcoming sixth addition.  During her clerkship, Brittany learned the true meaning of strong advocacy and gained valuable perspective into the complexity of legal decisions and the implications these decisions have on peoples’ lives.. Brittany’s clerkship ended in March 2016, and she was hired as an associate of Craig P. Kenny & Associates thereafter.  She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice law in all Nevada State Courts, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.. Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, traveling, and volunteering as a member of the Junior League of Las Vegas.

Jim joined the firm in 2005, leaving a practice with a large national law firm. Before going to law school, Jim earned a graduate degree in management and served a number of years in the software industry. Jim then obtained his JD at Gonzaga University School of Law, magnum cum laude, where he served as an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and member of the Gonzaga University’s Board of Regents and National Order of entered private practice after fulfilling a clerkship under Justice Cliff Young of the Supreme Court of Nevada. He is experienced in trial and appellate procedure, managing many million dollar cases involving products liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, personal injury, bankruptcy and employment law. Jim is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Nevada, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ani Biesiada is a senior associate at Hanratty Law Group. She practices personal injury law exclusively.. Ms. Biesiada graduated in 2016 from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While in law school, Ms. Biesiada served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Nancy L. Allf and as a judicial extern to the Hon. Joanna S. Kishner, each in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Additionally, Ms. Biesiada served as the President of the Saltman Dispute Resolution Society, which is the student organization that works closely with, and mirrors the mission of, the nationally and internationally renowned Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution. In addition, Ms. Biesiada participated in the 24th Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition in New York, one of the nation’s preeminent moot court competitions..
