In the early 1980’s, Mr. Ayres opened his current office, where he has focused for over thirty years on representing hundreds of individuals and businesses in civil trials and appeals.  During his practice, he has tried over 500 cases and handled over 150 appeals, including major commercial litigation and major personal injury cases.  This has led him to be recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by his peers since the program was established, as well as election into the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Mr. Ayres is the only lawyer in the entire State of Texas who is board certified in civil trial law, personal injury trial law and civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, as well as board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.. Marshall proudly obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and Phi Alpha Delta’s Engle Chapter. Admitted to the Texas State Bar in February of 2022, Marshall practices in Abilene, San Angelo, and Surrounding Areas.
