Amanda's practice focuses on the defense of healthcare providers in professional negligence actions and healthcare law.  She also represents clients in administrative proceedings, including proceedings with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners.. Matthew A. Mooney was raised in Medina, Ohio and graduated with Honors from Medina High School in 2006. Matt then attended the University of Akron, receiving a Bachelors Degree in History and a Minor in Spanish. Matt worked as a Nurse Aide at Akron General Medical Center in the Progressive, Medical, and Surgical Intensive Care Units through most of his Undergraduate studies. He was accepted into the University of Akron School of Law in 2011, while continuing to work as a Nurse Aide. Matt received his Juris Doctor from the School of Law in 2015 with Certificates in Litigation and Health Law.. Growing up in a household of healthcare workers, and with experience providing patient care, Matt has a rare perspective and sensitivity to the experiences of patients and their family.
