Lee Loudon received his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1987. He is a graduate of St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude.. After graduating from law school, Lee practiced law in Dallas, Texas until 1994 when he moved back to Lincoln. He started his own practice in 1996.. In 1987, I became a director for the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and I still serve in that capacity. I was elected president of the association in 1997 and have also served as chairman of the legislative committee, chairman of the workers compensation committee and chairman of the political action committee. I have been a seminar speaker for this group in North Carolina, Colorado, Connecticut & New Orleans and written articles for its magazine. In 2010, I was admitted to the ABA College of Workers Compensation Lawyers at Nebraska's first representative.. I work in both offices and am well acquainted with Nebraska lawyers and judges who handle personal injury, wrongful death and workers compensation cases. In the 90's, I served on the governing body of the Nebraska State Bar Association and have presented seminar speeches and papers for this association for more than 20 years on a variety of topics such as computer generated evidence, workers compensation, and damages in personal injury cases. I served as chairman of the Workers Compensation section of the Nebraska State Bar Association in the 90's. Shirley was born in Sargent, Nebraska, and graduated cum laude from Kearney State College in 1980 with a degree in journalism. She was a member of the Society of Collegiate Journalists and was voted “most promising reporter” on the student newspaper.. Shirley received her J.D. degree with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1984. She was Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif national legal honorary, and the recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in evidence and remedies and damages.. Shirley’s community activities include service on church committees, involvement with school booster groups and prior service on the boards of directors of the Denney Building Child Care Association and the Childbirth and Parent Education Association of Lincoln. She and her husband, David, have two children, Owen and Emma.

Felicity Miner, born in Missouri Valley, Iowa, in 1972, is a partner in the law firm of Miner Scholz & Associates, P.C., L.L.O. and has been practicing law for 23 years. She was raised on a small farm near Adams, Nebraska. After graduating from high school, Mrs. Miner joined the Nebraska Army National Guard, where she served for over ten years. She graduated from the University of Nebraska –Lincoln in 1996 with a B.A. in Anthropology and graduated from the University of Washburn, College of Law, Kansas in 2000. Mrs. Miner is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys..
