Jared is Member of Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC's Memphis office who focuses on litigation throughout Tennessee. Adrienne Fazio received her bachelors degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, magna cum laude, and her law degree from the Tulane University School of Law. After practicing civil litigation and workers’ compensation law in Mississippi, Adrienne moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where for the next five years, she devoted her practice solely to assisting clients nationwide with Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, including Section 111 Reporting, Conditional Payment Claim issues and Medicare Set-asides. In April 2012, Adrienne left private practice and took a position as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist IV with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Workers’ Compensation Division, in Nashville, TN. I was born and raised in Virginia.  I grew up on the family farm.  I worked along side my parents growing apples and peaches and raising cows.  I was active in athletics and received a scholarship to attend Bluefield College in Bluefield, Virginia.  While attending college I played volleyball and softball.. I moved to Sioux City, Iowa in 1997.  My husband played baseball for the Sioux City Explorers.  I started working as a paralegal, but had my heart set on law school.  I graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2003 and moved to Marshall County, Iowa.  My husband is the baseball coach at Marshalltown Community College.  I have practiced law in Marshalltown, Iowa since 2003.  I also served on the city council and as Mayor of Haverhill, Iowa.  I am currently the President of the YMCA.
I have three wonderful children. Liberty is 12 years old and I was blessed with twins, Ella and Brady that are 9 years old. They are very active in sports and keep me busy.
