Welcome to Kirkpatrick Law Offices. Eric grew up in Benton, Illinois and attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale where he ultimately received his law degree in 1991. Upon graduation he worked as an Appellate Court law clerk for then Justice Robert Howerton.. He then worked a few years in Marion, Illinois before locating to Belleville in 1996. He started his own firm in 2004.. Throughout his career, Eric has successfully handled complicated personal injury cases involving construction accidents and products liability.

Cynthia M. Hennessey is both a registered nurse and a workers' comp lawyer who is licensed in Missouri, Illinois and Colorado. With 20 years of legal experience in handling many different areas of the law, she has proven that she can be trusted in even the most complex of cases. She has been proven to be of help in everything from workers' compensation to personal injury claims to even helping obtain the just amount of Social Security disability benefits. In 1985, Cynthia received her nursing degree from Maryville University. She later went on to practice Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and then Adult Intensive Care Nursing at BJC. Following this, she graduated with her law degree from St. Louis University in 1991. After graduation, she spent her first seven years at Evans and Dixon, where she represented both insurance companies and employers in cases involving workers' compensation. Ms. Mary L. Lemp is an Attorney located in the St. Louis, Missouri. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and Illinois.  She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.Ms. Lemp graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.S. in Psychology and minors in Sociology and Business.  As an undergraduate she was a research assistant in the Truman School conducting research on the Autism Project.  Ms. Lemp was also a research assistant in the MU Math Study, conducting research for Dr. David Geary in Math Cognition and Development.  Ms. Lemp was a member of Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Nu chapter and served as the financial chair and as the Red Cross Blood Drive Chair.Ms. Lemp received her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law.  She was a member of the Public Interest Law Group and participated in the Mediation Clinic and Trial Advocacy.  Ms. Lemp was an Associate Attorney at a civil litigation insurance defense firm located in Clayton, Missouri and practice family law in St. Louis Missouri.  She also clerked previously for a local famliy law attorney in Clayton, Missouri.  Ms. Lemp is currently a member of the Women’s Lawyers Association.

Gregory H. Booth began his legal career practicing as a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney in Chicago, Illinois.. After refining his litigation techniques and skills, he returned to Aurora, Illinois to open his own firm. Prior to joining Meyers & Flowers, Greg had the pleasure of working alongside his father, Robert P. Booth, who represented injured parties in Kane County for nearly 40 years.. Mr. Booth received his law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law. While in law school, Greg was a member of the Moot Court Team and a teaching assistant for Appellate Practice and Procedure. Greg received an undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
