I grew up on a produce farm in Washington where I learned the value of hard work and developed grit.  Later, I received my B.A. in Criminal Justice at Chapman University and then attended Seattle University School of Law. During law school I was the Vice President of In-house Competitions for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. I am honored to practice at West Sound Injury Law aka Sherrard McGonagle Tizzano & Lind on Bainbridge Island. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, gardening, paddle-boarding, and playing with my dogs, Tasso and Roux.

Jaclyn J. Gaddy is a Social Security Disability attorney at Russell & Hill, PLLC, and works out of the Everett office.. Jaclyn previously worked for Disability Determination Services (DDS) as an adjudicator, evaluating applicant’s eligibility for Social Security Disability. Jaclyn now uses the knowledge gained working for the DDS to help clients navigate the disability process, working hard to help clients obtain the benefits that they need and deserve. Attorney Charles W. After law school Eric returned with his family to Washington and has enjoyed practicing law throughout the state.
