John R. Jensen earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1976.  John was licensed in Texas in February,1977 and joined the Arlington firm of McConnell & Associates in March where he practiced law until he founded his private practice in 1978.  Since 1989 John has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.. John’s varied legal experience includes, jury and non-jury trials at all trial court levels including personal injury, family law, criminal (felony and misdemeanor), consumer, employment, civil rights, insurance, real estate, contract action, and business torts.  He has presented appeals in the Texas Courts of Appeal, Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.  He is also experienced in administrative hearings, binding arbitration and mediation.  His general office practice includes business consultation, entity formation, contracts, wills and estate planning documents, and related general law practice.

Michael Fielding is an experienced attorney who is dedicated to serving his clients in the best way possible.
