Jim Rolshouse has been in private legal practice helping clients and victims with their claims and issues since 1983. Attorney Rolshouse was admitted to practice law in Nevada, Arizona, Illinois and Minnesota. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Minnesota in 1971 and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1983. As a medic in the U.S. Army, and then as a civilian paramedic, Attorney Rolshouse spent 12 years in the field aiding the sick and injured. In 2007 the 34th ID was redeployed to the U.S. after serving the longest combat tour in Iraq of any unit, either reserve or active duty. He retired from the Guard in September of 2008 as a SFC. Currently spends about 50% of his practice helping Veterans with TSGLI claims and other Veterans benefit issues the remainder of his practice is devoted to Mass Torts, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation for injured people.

Daniel Elie-Resnick Milavetz, a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law (2017), has a rich background in law that includes studying at BPP University Law School in London during the summer of 2015. His primary focus is personal injury law, where he plays an active role in the Cardozo Society Legal Aid Clinic, volunteering to help low-income individuals. Additionally, Daniel participates in the “Giving Circle,” a volunteer group that funds non-profits through Jewish Family Services in St. Paul. At the Milavetz firm, he handles a full caseload, providing counsel to clients mainly in injury cases, with a litigation practice centered on depositions and mediations. In his leisure time, Daniel enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing basketball.

M. Gino Brogdon, a native of Ohio, is the youngest of eleven children. He received his B.A. in economics in 1983 from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio and obtained his J.D. in 1986 from the Indiana University School of Law. Upon completing law school, Brogdon moved to Atlanta to begin his legal career. After establishing a successful solo practice, he served on the State Court of Fulton County from March 1996 to July 2002, and on the Superior Court of Fulton County from July 2002 to December 2005. Gino returned to private practice in 2005, focused on personal injury claims and mediation.. Gino is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars and has also appeared on CNN, MSNBC and GPTV. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct professor at the Emory University School of Law and John Marshall School of Law. Gino is a member of several associations, including the State Bar of Georgia (1987–present); Indiana State Bar Association (1986-present); Atlanta Bar Association (1987-present); Gate City Bar Association (1994-present); and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (1992-1996, 2007-present). Beyond the courtroom and his speaking and teaching engagements, Gino’s career is distinguished by his participation in several community boards, including the Georgia Crime Victims Advocacy Council, the Salvation Army Advisory Board, and the Georgia Council on Child Abuse, Inc. Judge Brogdon has also written two novels, Demons in the Crawlspace and Inside She Waited.
