Growing up as oldest of four children on the plains of the Midwest I didn't have any lawyers in my family and it was a challenge making a career choice in law.  I knew I wanted to help people and I felt a career in law gave me the best opportunity to help others. I made the decision to hang my shingle out and open my practice in the South because I have always had an admiration for people, such as immigrants, that go to a new land to experience the American Dream of starting with little or nothing and going as far as their hopes and dreams will take them.  I was blessed in my pursuit of the American Dream to have the two greatest gifts one can have from loving parents which are both roots and wings.  Also, I had the advantage of starting from such a relatively low place that I did not have far to fail.  One of my core beliefs is that no one makes it alone in this world and I was fortunate on my path to develop relationships with friends, collegues and others without which my pursuit of the American Dream would not be possible.. Originally from South Carolina, I graduated from Winthrop University in 1998 with a degree in History.  After getting married, I enrolled at the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, AL where I served as the Associate Editor of the Law Review and the Chief Justice of the Honor Court.  After graduating from Law School in 2002, my wife and I moved to our current home in Woodstock, GA.  We have raised two wonderful daughters here in Woodstock over the past 18 years.. Prior to starting Tidwell Strimban Injury Lawyers with my accomplished law partner, Aaron Strimban, I spent 7 years of my career representing insurance companies, and their insureds, defending against personal injury lawsuits.  During that time I handled thousands of cases, taking several of them to trial with outstanding results.  I now use that experience to represent individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others to maximize their recovery from the insurance companies.

I am a plaintiff's attorney who represents individuals who have suffered injuries or death caused by the negligence of others. The majority of my clients have been injured in car accidents, truck accidents, dog bites, and slip/trip and falls.. I grew up in Cumming, Georgia and attended the University of North Georgia, where I studied political science and international relations. After college, I wanted make a difference and serve other so I joined the Army National Guard as a combat medic and served one tour in the Middle East. After returning home from deployment, I began my legal education at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, where I graduated number one in my class. After finishing law school, my prior experience as a medic made personal injury law the natural choice, and I worked several years at a prominent Atlanta personal Injury firm..
