Todd P. Kilpatrick has 40 years of experience practicing in the field of personal injury law. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1977 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kilpatrick worked as a Certified Public Accountant.. His practice primarily includes the representation of people injured in motor vehicle accidents and dog bite victims. He also tries liability cases on behalf of persons injured in falls or accidents due to defective staircases, walkways, and claims arising from injuries in the workplace. Mr. Kilpatrick also regularly serves as an arbitrator with the Pierce County Superior Court on cases assigned to mandatory arbitration.Mr. Kilpatrick is a charter member of Tacoma South Rotary Club, where he has been actively involved for over 25 years. He is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Washington State Association of Justice. He served as treasurer at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Puyallup, as well as board member of Mount Cross Lutheran Church in University Place.  For the past 7 years, he has acted as president of the Meadow Park Office Condominiums. He currently serves on the board of Families Unlimited Network as the treasurer. Families Unlimited is a non-profit organization that provides services and supports to the families of Pierce county by offering a food bank, after school tutoring, and housing assistance for families in need.

Dorian has successfully litigated numerous workers compensation claims. He has overturned decisions against injured workers made by the Department of Labor and Industries and decisions made by the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. He has won cases involving many different types of benefits, including entitlement to lifetime disability pension benefits, increased permanent partial disability benefits, the need for additional medical treatment, and accusations of fraud.. Dorian has lived in the Pacific Northwest his entire life. He has always been passionate about helping people and becoming a lawyer has allowed him to do that in a truly meaningful way. Dorian has been working with and helping disadvantaged and injured individuals since 2007 while he was in law school. He has seen how devastating and life-altering injuries can be on families. My practice centers on the litigation of complex personal
injury and wrongful death claims. Although I handle a wide variety of
cases, I particularly enjoy representing individuals who have
been harmed by corporate greed or government negligence, including
children and vulnerable adults who have been abused or neglected and
patients who have been the victims of our increasingly profit-driven
health care system. I hold obtained my B.A. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Washington and my J.D., magna cum laude,
from Seattle University School of Law. I joined Connelly Law Offices as a
Summer Associate in 2006 and continued my work at the firm while completing aw school. Prior to returning to the firm
full-time, I also served as a law clerk extern to the Honorable
Ronald B. Leighton, U.S. District Court for the Western District of
Washington and by designation at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Ninth Circuit.. When I'm away from work, I enjoy camping, sailing,
wakeboarding, running, playing ping-pong and chess, and spending time
with my family--especially my three-year-old nephew, Miles.

I graduated from Port Angeles High School in 1996, and Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2003 (majoring in Music Performance and French).  I earned a Masters Degree in Musicology from Northwester University in 2004.. I spent the next few years as a Profeessor of Music History and Music Appreciation at South Utah University in Ceder City before attending law school.. I graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2011 and joined my father's law firm in Port Angeles. I currently practice with my father and my younger brother who recently joined the firm.
