Wil H. Florin was born in Salzburg, Austria and raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Luca was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida, where he attended Dunedin High School. He received his BA from the University of Florida where he graduated with a degree in Finance.. He attended Barry University School of Law and finished 9th overall in his graduating class. While at Barry, Luca was Treasurer of the Labor and Employment Law Association. He was also a member of the Volunteer Income Tax Association (VITA), providing free tax preparation and e-filing services for low-to-moderate income individuals and families.
