I have been practicing for over 10 years primarily focusing on litigation. My career began at the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office where I handled thousands of Felony cases and trials. I then worked for one of the large insurance companies defending their insureds. I had the opportunity to take many cases to trial and verdict while I was practicing as an insurance defense attorney in Florida. The allowed me gain a lot of knowledge and experience into how insurance companies work and evaluate claims. I then worked for over 4 years for large plaintiff's firm in Clearwater as their Senior Litigation Attorney. I focused on handling all of their litigation from Hillsborough County, Orange County, Polk County, Pasco County, Pinellas County, Hernando County, and Citrus County. I have had the privilege of representing clients who have been injured as a result of car accidents, negligent security claims, premise liability claims, dog bites, slip and falls, ATV accidents, trucking cases, and wrongful death. I have tried numerous case in civil litigation and over a hundred cases total throughout my career. I am a member of various bar associations and trial groups.
