Serving as a member of Deutsch Kerrigan’s marine and energy department, I defend marine and non-marine wrongful death, personal injury and property damage claims, Jones Act claims, and other offshore and vessel related claims. I also have experience in a variety of liability and insurance coverage issues, along with transportation claims such as cargo claims and 18-wheeler accidents..
