Jeffrey P. Catalano was born and raised in Gloucester County, New Jersey.  He attended Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations as an undergraduate, earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and an interdisciplinary minor in Law and Society.  Jeff graduated from Cornell Law School in 2012, where he was actively involved in the Cornell Moot Court Board and the Cornell Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.  His involvement in the latter brought national and international accolades for mediation advocacy and skills.. Prior to joining Blumberg & Wolk, LLC, Jeff gained experience with the National Football League Management Council.  He was actively involved in the collective bargaining underlying the 2011 player lockout and the 2012 referee lockout.  He aided in the representation of NFL teams in disputes under the collective bargaining agreement, workers’ compensation claims in California and matters involving the implementation of NFL policies and procedures.  Jeff also previously practiced labor law in the North Jersey area.

I am a native New Yorker born and raised in Brooklyn. Following my parents' example of hard work and dedication, I graduated cum laude from St. John's University in 1998. By the age of 24, I obtained my law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2001. During law school I was honored with the Dean's List, achieved the position of Internal Director of the Moot Court Honor Society and won writing competitions. While attending law school full time, I was working for a sole practitioner part-time handling all personal injury matters, including medical malpractice. Upon graduation, I was hired by a Park Avenue law firm as an associate practicing personal injury and medical malpractice for three years. From there, I had been associated with one of the most prestigious, most successful personal injury law firms in the State of New York. There, I had the honor of working under the top personal injury trial attorneys and limiting my practice to medical malpractice. While at that firm, I obtained multiple million dollar settlements in cases involving failures to diagnose cancer, properly perform surgical procedures, properly deliver infants, etc. I have earned a reputation for being tough in court while being respected by my adversaries. In 2006 I was asked to co-chair the New York State Trial Lawyer's Young Lawyer Network - a position I hold to this day. In 2006 I joined the American Inns of Court, Kings County - a society established by former Chief Justice Warren Berger that is by invitation only. American Inns of Court (AIC) are designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. In December 2008, Ilectured other attorneys on the topic of "Training Medical Malpractice Staff" for the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association. By 2008 I became managing attorney of a law firm that limited its practice exclusively to neurological injuries. Shortly thereafter, however, I felt the need to use my talent and knowledge to branch out farther and start my own practice as of January 1, 2009.. He is a board member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, an active member of the Allen County Bar, and former President of the Benjamin Harrison American Inns of Court. Andrew Palmison joined Rothberg Logan & Warsco in 2009 after completing a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Nancy Eshcoff Boyer and the Honorable David J. Avery of the Allen County Superior Court, Civil Division. He is an Associate practicing in the areas of civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, commercial litigation, appellate law, and creditor’s rights. Andrew is passionate about writing and has authored numerous briefs for Courts at all levels, including a brief to the United States Supreme Court and briefs to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Indiana Courts of Appeal. Andrew’s background as a writer is equaled by his considerable experience in the courtroom and in a litigation setting. He also enjoys serving as a mentor to new lawyers and law students and currently is an attorney mentor for Indiana Tech Law School. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys running, cycling, playing recreational hockey, and spending time with his wife, Meredith.
