Mr. Marriner's practice is devoted to the defense of claims for professional malpractice and civil litigation. Jodi was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree in 1992. Jodi was recruited to the United States to help with the nursing shortage and worked as a critical care nurse for almost ten years prior to going to law school. Jodi attended the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, working weekend nights at the hospital and attending law school during the week. She was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review, was selected for Who’s Who in American Law Schools, and graduated cum laude in 2004..
