Mr. Dalton has been an attorney since 1979 and  has defended and tried hundreds of insurance and personal injury suits in courtrooms across the state. He currently focuses his practice on the defense of doctors, dentists, medical groups and other healthcare practitioners in medical liability/malpractice claims, as well as defending architects, accountants and other licensed professionals in professional liability and related claims. Additionally, Mr. Dalton counsels and advises health care professionals facing potential liability claims and has represented hundreds of defendants involved in personal injury accidents and automobile/insurance related claims in courts throughout Michigan.

Mary Pat Rosen has been associated with the Charfoos & Christensen Law Firm since January 1988. Ms. Rosen has chosen to concentrate her practice in areas of medical malpractice, automobile negligence and other personal injury areas. Her drive has come from a heartfelt obligation to help right a wrong. During her time with Charfoos & Christensen, Ms. Rosen has participated in resolving several million dollar cases. She along with attorneys Senior Shareholder David Christensen, Sandra Renard, and assistants Cheryl Trojanowski and Elvera Ramirez provide a unique team effort in assisting clients through the litigation process.
