Grandparents Power of Attorney.

Location: Alabama My 82 year old grandfather is in declineing health and he and my grandmother have asked me about being his POA. I have found templates online for them but he isnt able to write very well. So I am not sure how I would be able to go about it without him being able to initial and sign. Also I really just do not know enough about it. If anyone could explain the process and how to go about it that would be helpful.
