Mr. German's cases have shaped the law in Arizona in many ways, from the way rules and statutes governing civil lawsuits is interpresented and applied, and has handled cases that helped to shape the law governing wrongful denital of legitiamte insurance claims and bad faith conduct that was intended to cause an insured harm.. In 2003, Danny Adelman became Steve's partner and together they formed Adelman German, A Law Firm, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Their firm grew rapidly to include four attorneys and eight support staff.
