Shad attended Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Prior to co-founding Meyrose Blackford PLC, Shad worked with one of the premiere probate firms in Arizona where he was a part of the litigation department with litigation involving wills, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships and exploitation of vulnerable adults under Title 46..
