Kyle has been honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Arizona for seven years (2017-2023). Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.. Kyle received his law degree from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2009, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northern Arizona University in 2006. Karen Stafford’s practice is primarily focused on insurance coverage, insurance bad faith litigation, general commercial litigation and appellate law.  Ms. Stafford advises clients on a wide range of complex insurance issues, including first party property claims, third party liability claims, and bad faith actions.  Ms. Stafford has experience in all aspects of civil litigation and trial preparation.. Ms. Stafford is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where she served as both a staff writer and research editor of the Arizona State University Law Journal and participated in the leadership of various pro bono organizations.  Ms. Stafford has also served as an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Jordan Plitt is a litigator and has extensive experience handling complex insurance coverage, professional liability, commercial litigation, and catastrophic personal injury defense matters. Coming from a family with deep roots in the insurance industry, he enjoys helping commercial insurance companies navigate and solve problems or questions quickly, efficiently, and correctly. A significant portion of Mr. Plitt’s practice involves representing insurance companies in defense of insurance bad faith claims as well. Mr. Plitt speaks and writes frequently on insurance law topics and has been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the field of insurance coverage continuously since 2012. He is one of three associate authors for Couch on Insurance 3d, a nationally recognized authoritative treatise on insurance law often recognized and relied upon by courts and attorneys throughout the United States. He is also a co-author of Practical Tools for Handling Insurance Cases which aims to filter complex insurance coverage issues into an easily readable and digestible format for attorneys across the country. Every year, Mr. Plitt, as co-chair, helps organize and develop the content for the Arizona Insurance Law Institute, a two-day continuing legal education seminar put on by the State Bar of Arizona covering complex insurance issues.. In addition to insurance coverage litigation, a significant portion of Mr. Plitt’s practice also includes professional liability and commercial litigation defense. He represents and defends attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers, insurance producers, and other professionals in high-exposure cases vigorously. He also has experience defending high-risk products liability cases, including cases involving asbestos exposure.

John Coll is an experienced probate and trust lawyer who has litigated successfully in state court, federal district court, the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.  His practice is focused on probate and trust administration, uncontested and contested wills, trusts, insurance claims, surviving spouse's rights, wrongful death and personal injury..

J.P. Harrington Bisceglia is a partner at Christian Dichter & Sluga, P.C. Her primary practice areas are insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation. Super Lawyers Rising Stars selected her for their annual list since 2014 through 2020. She has earned the Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent Rating, was invited to be an Associate Fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America (“LCA”) in 2016, and was invited to be an LCA Fellow in 2020.. Ms. Harrington Bisceglia graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Marine Science/Biology. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she worked as a resident marine technician for Scripps Institute of Oceanography where she directed deck operations on research vessels and liaised between scientists and crew. This verdict was designated one of the ten most significant defense verdicts in 2014 by Arizona Attorney Magazine. Ms. Harrington Bisceglia has been involved in 11 trials over the course of her career, several of which were tried to verdict. She also has completed arbitrations on a variety of civil disputes.. She has presented educational material to claims adjusters, managers, and corporate counsel in private in-house settings as well as at NAMWOLF meetings and PLRB Regional Conferences..
