David Simon attended UC Davis, majoring in both International Relations and Economics and graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Dave received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In 1985 he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with distinction. He was also awarded the Order of the Coif and membership in the Traynor Honor Society, as well as receiving American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Torts.
