Founding attorney James F. Sexton originally represented insurance companies after earning his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. For ten years, James defended insurance companies against claims from people injured in serious automobile and workplace accidents. In 2001, James experienced a change of heart and decided his abilities were better used helping individuals and their families rather than working against them. He now exclusively devotes his firm and practice to helping Southern Californians. Much of his work is centered on helping clients navigate personal injury or workers’ compensation claims, where James leverages his previous experience working for the insurance companies to build effective cases.
