During her term as Executive Director of the National Association of Ignition Interlock Providers, Nadine Lewis worked with the California Highway Patrol and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) to help pass legislation that would require the use of Ignition Interlock Devices for all first-time DUI offenders. She has been a speaker for National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) and other law enforcement her role as Vice President of Government Relations for MMR Information Systems, Inc., Nadine focused on public policy and legislation to further the Presidential Mandate to have electronic health records for every American.. Nadine graduated from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California in 1992 with high honors and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1995.
