After feeling like I had been taken advantage of by my ex-husband during a nasty divorce, I vowed to go to law school and become a family lawyer.  I majored in Rhetoric at U.C. Berkeley in order to hone my argumentative writing style and received my highest grades in legal research and writing while attending USF Law School.  By my second year of law school, I realized I wanted to be a criminal defense lawyer.  Hence, I interned with three different public defenders' offices during law school while teaching Street Law to juvenile delinquents in San Francisco Juvenile Hall.. I jump-started my criminal defense career in Tulare County, where I worked for nearly two years, but ultimately landed in Solano County where I have worked in private practice for over four years.  I am most passionate about helping my clients resolve their underlying issues, as well as their legal predicaments.  I make sure they understand the legal process in order to successfully complete probation and have their cases dismissed if applicable.
