Mr. Jensen attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee Wisconsin from 1998-2001. While in law school, Kevin participated in the Marquette University Law School Moot Court program, where he served as Chief Justice during his third year. He also represented the school in a number of Moot Court competitions, including the 2000-2001 National Moot Court competition where he was a regional quarterfinalist. Mr. Jensen also placed second in the Marquette University Law School Moot Court competition where he was given the award for the best legal brief. In addition to school activities, Mr. Jensen also interned for Federal District Judge Lynn Adelman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He also interned for a year with the Milwaukee County Prosecutor's Office.. After graduating from law school, Mr. Jensen moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and joined the law firm of Alverson, Taylor, Mortenson, Nelson and Sanders where he focused primarily on insurance defense litigation.
