Raymond J. Tittmann is the founding partner of EMH’s Los Angeles office. Ray advises and represents insurance companies on a wide range of insurance products, including general liability (CGL), professional liability (E&O), employment practices (EPLI), property (P&C), commercial automobile coverage, lender-placed insurance, and various other specialty products.  Ray also maintains a broad commercial and class action litigation practice, including claims under California’s unfair competition law, accountant and agent’s liability defense, personal injury, real estate and environmental damage. As an author and editor for the International Risk Management Institute’s CGL Reporter, Ray publishes regularly on a broad range of policy language and cutting edge coverage issues across the country..
