Ms. Morrison has spent the last 26 years in the public sector as a municipal attorney, working as an assistant city attorney for the cities of Livermore and Walnut Creek.  During those 26 years, Ms. Morrison has worked in a variety of areas of law, including land use, state and federal environmental law, redevelopment, municipal finance, solid waste, resource protection and conservation and airport law.  Ms. Morrison enjoys an excellent reputation as a collaborative problem solver, skilled negotiator and transactional attorney..
