William Dickerman was transplanted from New York to Los Angeles at a young age. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in History in 1973. Mr. Dickerman then attended the University of Southern California Law Center, serving on the prestigious Law Review and as student Director and Prosecutor in the university-wide judicial system. Upon graduating with a J.D. degree in 1977, Mr. Dickerman accepted the coveted position of Judicial Law Clerk to U.S. District Judge Howard B. Turrentine. After that one-year appointment, Mr. Dickerman travelled extensively, then began his practice of law in earnest..
