Brad grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area before commencing his undergraduate education at the University of California, Santa Cruz. While at Santa Cruz, he double majored in Legal Studies and Politics and studied one quarter in Washington, D.C. Following graduation, Brad worked as a legal assistant in San Francisco before attending law school at University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.. During law school, Brad was the Co-President of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Association and an honors board member for McGeorge’s Moot Court Team.
