A California native, Kate Harvey-Lee loves the Golden State. She was raised in the small town of Susanville in Lassen County. Her father, Judge Harvey, was a civil rights lawyer in the 1960’s and principle author of the California Evidence Code – a bedrock for every trial lawyer in California.
