In 2009, he was honored as the 2009 Commercial Realtor of the Year by DMCAR and the Denver Business Journal. Eric also served as a Commissioner with the Denver Housing Authority from April 2012 through June 2014 and currently serves on the Colorado Real Estate Commission Forms Committee. He also currently serves as a Commissioner on the 18th Judicial Nominating Committee..
