Eric L. Nesbitt is a real estate and business attorney who has been practicing law since 1991 and is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Illinois. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate, business, contract negotiations and commercial and real estate litigation matters. Throughout his career, Eric has represented residential and commercial clients in a variety of real estate and business legal matters. Eric is a frequent speaker and presenter at Colorado Bar Association (CBA) Continuing Legal Education Seminars, In 2017, he lectured on Title Issues in Real Estate Transactions at the Real Estate Law Symposium, the preeminent continuing legal education event for real estate lawyers. Eric is a past board member of the CBA’s Continuing Legal Education organization, along with a former treasurer of CBA’s Solo and Small Firm Committee. He is also the Past President of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and served as the 2006 Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate Expo and Fall Forecast. In 2009, he was honored as the 2009 Commercial Realtor of the Year by DMCAR and the Denver Business Journal. Eric also served as a Commissioner with the Denver Housing Authority from April 2012 through June 2014 and currently serves on the Colorado Real Estate Commission Forms Committee. He also currently serves as a Commissioner on the 18th Judicial Nominating Committee..
