I began my legal career in New York City at a preeminent IP firm with a great track record of serving some of the most illustrious American inventors, including Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Edwin Land, and the Wright brothers. In 2004, I relocated to Delaware, a state with its own proud tradition of innovation.. I am an associate editor and co-author of two textbooks published by the American Bar Assocation (ABA) on the special procedures of pharmaceutical patent litigation ("ANDA Litigation")..
