He has been a lifelong resident of the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area and currently resides in suburban Maryland with his wife Mandy, two kids and two dogs.. Alan graduated from High Point University in North Carolina, in 2001 with a B.A. in both Political Science and Criminal Justice, where he made the Dean’s List several times. He then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law on a scholarship from 2001-2004, where he served as an Editor for two years on the University of Baltimore Environmental Law Journal and competed on the University of Baltimore Moot Court Team, prior to graduating and beginning his career as an attorney.
