Prior to becoming an Adminsitrative Judge at the EEOC, from June 2013 through August 2018, Courtney was a Senior Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, where she practiced federal employment law. She concentrated her practice on representing federal employees in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) litigation, and defending federal employees against adverse actions.
