Marc received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S., cum laude, in Criminal Justice from Drexel University. He was also a member of the D.C. Street Law Clinic, where he taught a practical legal course at a public high school and in a number of community settings, including the Correctional Treatment Facility inside the D.C. Jail.. Marc has represented thousands of tenants in the District of Columbia. For the last ten years, he has supervised the legal team at the D.C. Tenants’ Rights Center, a private law firm that he founded with the mission of providing high-quality, low-cost legal services to tenants in the District of Columbia. Marc has grown the firm to now include a dedicated team of five attorneys, all of whom focus exclusively on representing D.C. tenants.
