Born and raised on the Southside of Jacksonville, FL, he received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jacksonville University. Jack also received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech (i.e. making him a “helluva engineer”). Jack received his law degree from the University of Florida..
