Our practice is devoted to helping those that are injured or too sick to work as a result of an accident or condition. For example, if you are seriously injured while on the job, and those injuries prevent you from working more than one year, we might also pursue a claim for Social Security disability benefits on your behalf. Many law firms do not recognize other areas that allow for recoveries of money for their clients that include personal injury settlements, workers compensation settlements and social security disability. We are always looking to maximize the recovery of money for our clients. That is what sets us apart from our competition.. In addition, I am AV rated, which places me in the top 5% of all attorney's in Florida and was inducted into the National Trial Lawyers top 100 Trial Lawyers.

As a Veteran of the USMC I am keenly aware of the frustration with any claim before the VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) and SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (SSA). Having a FREE consultation with me will at the very least, will give you a strategy to win. Unfortunately, many non-attorney "clerk" representatives or service organizations just process paperwork without actually laying out goals and plans for winning the claim. If your representative does not request C-Files, does not write chronological legal Memorandums, does not have access to electronic files within the VA and SSA, and does not discuss the Schedule of Ratings for all VA claims, these are signs of a less than competent representative. These basic items stated above are key steps for winning.. Unfortunately some law firms who say they are "for you" actually send non attorney clerks to VA and Social Security Hearings. Never let a clerk do what an actual lawyer in a law firm should be doing from the beginning of your claim. If you are unsure if you have a lawyer simply ask, what is your Florida Bar number? If they do not know, red flag of a bad representative. Never hire a law firm off of TV, where very few are even "certified" to appear before the VA and very few have even handled a claim before SSA or the VA.. At any initial consultation you must speak to an actual attorney via phone or in person, otherwise if it is clerks only contact, another sign of a bad representative.. Most claims over the average person's lifetime is worth over $200, in real money benefits. Do not be foolish, hire an attorney with experience. After 4000 hearings and over 20 years appearing before the VA and SSA, I have a strategy and logistical ability to pursue your claim with the best possible chance of winning. Call for more information and to set up a FREE CONSULTATION.

I have dedicated my law practice to helping the disabled. Specifically, I represent Veterans who have been wrongly denied service-connected compensation benefits by the Department of Veterans (VA). I also represent disabled Social Security Claimants.. In addition to representing Veterans and Social Security claimants directly, I have also presented at seminars for veterans' advocates on a nationwide basis, educating them on how to represent veterans before the VA to obtain service-connected benefits. I have also presented for many other advocacy and support groups in my community, educating the public about VA and Social Security Disability law, in general.
