There, he litigated catastrophic injury and fatality cases, including trucking, automobile, premises liability, insurance bad faith, and product liability. Michael also had an active practice with insurance coverage, employment, and civil rights litigation.. At Hoffer & Webb, Michael continues his practice in all these areas.
