Mr. Pratt's practice focuses on high exposure trucking accident litigation, catastrophic personal injury cases, product liability/mass torts, pharmaceutical and medical device cases, consumer fraud litigation, whistleblower actions, business disputes, and class actions.. He has built a reputation for vigorous advocacy for his clients in and out of the courtroom, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism throughout the engagement. Mr. Pratt has the specialized experience to lead any complex and high stakes case to a successful conclusion.. Prior to founding The Pratt Law Firm, he was a Partner at King & Spalding, a 130-year-old AmLaw 50 firm that represents over half of the Fortune Global 100, with 18 offices in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Mr. Pratt is a member of All Saints' Episcopal Church, and lives in Atlanta with his wife, Lelia, and their three children, Cole, Abby, and Betty.
