While at Carlock, Kate worked for many major insurance companies defending cases focusing on nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, and motor vehicle accidents. Learning about the nursing home industry from the inside out has made Kate an asset to any nursing home case. Also knowing how the big insurance companies operate behind the scenes ensures Kate can evaluate a case the same way the insurance company does and know what they are thinking, what they are doing and why they are doing it..
